All teams that will need an overnight stay in a hotel are encouraged to book through the official event booking link to secure accommodations. $400 per team
$100 deposit to secure spot
$50 late fee if paid after Jan 5th, 2026
-Divisions-
Boys / Coed: 6u, 8u, 10u, 12u
Girls: 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, HS Girls
-Eligibility-
Age cutoff 8/1/2025
Rosters are limited to 12 players and 2 coaches. All players will need a valid SportsThread players card. All Coaches will need a Sportsthread. Coaches and players must sign all waivers and show as eligible to participate.
Rosters are due no later than November 8th 2025 at 11:55pm EST
